Here's what to expect...
  • warm up: we’ll use every corner of the mat in order to move our body into different planes (forward facing and side facing). the movements are big, but the counts are slowwwww. don’t be afraid to TAKE UP SPACE.
  • oblique: this series is poppy, fun and energized. you’ll move between kneeling lateral extension and planking. think about Twister while doing this one. right hand on red, left hand be.come!
  • leg: this series moves differently depending on whether you are performing learn mode or flow mode. in learn mode, we’ll learn how to do two different positions: 1) laying inner thigh 2) single leg prone position. in flow mode, we’ll work on transitioning between the two. avoid the belly by moving to kneeling!
  • *lunge: too much fun! we’ll be working on clock taps (a crowd favorite). reminder: clock taps are EXCELLENT core work!
  • bridge: you’ll need a hand towel. the prop will help us activate the abs and stabilize the legs.
  • shoulder kisses always!
