Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: spinal twisting, lower spine articulation, core work and hamstring stretching 
  • lunge: oh hello booty :) SMALLER IS BETTER. 
  • leg: one of my favorite leg series, bridging glute work gets coupled with hamstring stretching which perfectly mimics the lunge series right before.
  • oblique: what you’ll love about this one is that it packs a lot of punch and yet all the planks are performed on the knees!
  • bridge: you know how you ask for an arm series? well, here it is!! 
  • repeat for the other side.
  • stretch it out.
  • kiss those shoulders and give your body a smile because IT. IS. GOOD.
