leg: one of my favorite leg series, bridging glute work gets coupled with hamstring stretching which perfectly mimics the lunge series right before.

oblique: what you’ll love about this one is that it packs a lot of punch and yet all the planks are performed on the knees!

bridge: you know how you ask for an arm series? well, here it is!!
