- warm up: the choreography follows the music, so listen for the cues that say to go up, down or repeat! but you’ll catch it very quickly because the song serves smiles for days.
- *right oblique: you'll be coupling standing obliques with planking obliques - aka: v v effective
- *right lunge: snuck in a little hip opening here!
- *right leg: this series incorporates a pigeon position in our 8-counts. don’t be fooled, it may have a stretch but it’s NOT easy!
- *bridge: cardio + seated abs.
- do the other side, I CAN DO IT, stretch it out.
- kiss those shoulders.
