Here’s what to expect…
  • warm up: this standing warm up is designed to stretch the hamstrings, prep the side waist for our oblique series, and remind you to do the most important thing: BREATHE!
  • leg: everything in this kneeling (or chair) series gets 2 eight counts. first, you'll work mobility through the spine, then you'll focus on stability in the leg pulses, then you’ll open everything up for a dynamic stretch!
  • *lunge: your lunge series this week should get your heart rate up! *also, flapper kicks are back, so SMILE!
  • *oblique: a classic series Bethany has been teaching long before be.come - standing obliques with a solid twisted plank series.
  • bridge: abs + core! you’ll work both fast and slow-twitch muscles this week. those of you who are avoiding crunching (pregnancy or low herniated disc), make sure you’ve watched the pre/post natal tutorial and definitely watch for your alternatives in learn mode.
