Here’s what to expect…

  • warm up: this standing sequence is designed to ground and center while opening up the arms and shoulders. 
  • oblique series: plank practice! this is one of my all-time favorite teaches. ideally you’ll learn how to make even the “easy” planks feel challenging which will help you better engage your core and protect your joints!
  • lunge series: the goal of this series is to help you distinguish the difference between the two lunge positions we do at be.come - the upright lunge and be.come lunge. 
  • leg series: your mind is just as much a part of this series as your body. we’ll work on isolating the movement from toe to knee, then knee to hip. 
  • bridge: one word. TRICEPS!

**weights are not particularly recommended for this routine given we are focusing on so much foundational work. however, if you are itching for them, 2/3 lbs weights can be included in the bridge!
