Here's what to expect...
- warm up: smooth + flowy + everything gets a stretch! use the kneeling portion to open the side body and wring out any junk before we get going.
- leg series: kneeling single leg - this is a great time to focus on form and stability! work to make sure you aren’t sinking into the standing hip.
- *lunge series: this is soooooo fun! the sharper and more purposeful you move, the better it will be! option to use a chair to help you transition on and off the floor.
- oblique: lot’s of ab practice. goal is to keep the head heavy while only the shoulders lift.
- *bridge: arms + abs + heart rate UP
- repeat, kiss shoulders, smile…you did it!
