lunge series: flapper kicks are back! we’ll also play with a box step in this happy lunge series.
leg series: everyone always loves this kneeling series. the explosive kick spices things up to keep you entertained.
bridge: here, we are practicing a STANDING PLANK! that’s right. standing. if you can engage your muscles here, you can engage them anywhere. the standing plank takes a lot of thought, so we’ll mix it up with some hip shakes which just requires you to smile and move.
