Here's what to expect...
- warm up: a nice standing series that offers ample flow while warming up the legs, torso, side waist and spine.
- oblique: so many options here! keep the head down or up, keep the leg straight or bend, take your side plank on the hands, elbows, knees, feet or single leg. users choice!
- leg: side leg sweeping meets kneeling single leg work. you’ll find the press off the floor gives you the momentum you need for the leg sweep!
- *lunge: omgeeeee! this may be the cutest darn lunge series ever. this one is always highly requested.
- *bridge: a little cardio, a little torso twist, a little triceps and A LOT of fun. (
