warm up: a nice standing series that offers ample flow while warming up the legs, torso, side waist and spine.
oblique series: upward facing abdominals followed by side plank practice! it’s a great series for increasing core strength which prevents injury and protects your body!
leg series: this week we are throwing it back to an old school be.come move, side leg sweeping. it’s such a GREAT position for those who experience joint pain, are recovering from injury, are pre/post natal or just people in general - it works ALL the muscles! we’ll also perform kneeling side leg sweeps for extra stability practice.
*lunge series: this lunge series makes me smile because this was actually the first time we ever had flapper kicks in one of our routines! the move became such a crowd favorite that you now find them often in be.come series!
