Here's what to expect...
- warm up: slow, stretchy, dramatic. the counts are slow enough to give you time to really dive into each position. you’ll find this one to be very cathartic.
- *leg: are you ready for some cardio??? because we're pumping up the volume in this one! **if getting up and down from the floor doesn’t feel good, try placing hands on a chair instead of the floor!**
- *lunge: we’ll be working on standing spinal twisting while in a balancing position. excellent for resetting the body!
- oblique: think “robot” dance lol. sharp, staccato, strong are all adjectives that come to mind when performing this series!
- bridge: okay. this one is meant to pump you up like no other. FIGHT SONG!!
- extra shoulder kisses this week!
