Here's what to expect...
- warm up: core stabilization work, put extra focus on keeping the torso anchored as you tap the leg through different levels.
- lunge: whooohoooo - this one gets fun. don’t be afraid to keep the slow pace until you are ready to speed it up. be sure to listen to the cues on the back toe!
- leg: deep glute work meets active stretching, perfect for those of you wanting to loosen up without getting bored in long stretches.
- oblique: standing drills will teach you how to scoop the side of the waist in order to ignite the seated position.
- bridge: when you do this one, imagine you are a badass warrior with a bow and arrow.
