warm up: this standing warm up was actually inspired by a line dance called the Tush Push. there’s no “tush pushing,” but it will warm up your legs, ankles, back and breath!
leg + mobility: you are rolling on the floor this week, literally! this mobility series not only challenges coordination, it’s also great for the core, legs and even knee joints.
lunge: get ready for a nice flowy lunge with a dance step in between to keep your toes relaxed and ankles loose.
oblique: torso twist + twisted planking (all-time favorite combo)! don’t forget, there is a chair option.
bridge: this is a fun cardio series, but it moves quick! use learn mode to get the steps down and flow mode to put it all together!
