Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: this warm up follows a different structure than usual be.come warm ups, so let us know your feedback on this style! you will loosen up the body from head to toe including the neck, shoulders, hips, legs and feet.
  • *lunge series: a fun series that secretly works your arms! you'll be practicing your upright lunges AND you’ll have an amplified option to practice a jump squat.
  • oblique series: you have lots of options in this series meaning you’ll be practicing more than crunching, reaching and planking. you’ll also practice tuning in with your body to discover your best positions!
  • *leg series: this one is a nod to ballet as we play with footwork, plié squats, and zipping up the pelvic floor.
  • *bridge: tricep dip practice made available for EVERYONE. watch learn mode to understand what we mean when Bethany says “pick your number” and then let’s go! *tricep twist portion can use weights
  • shoulder kisses both sides.
