warm up: these simple standing stretches are designed to boost the mood and warm up the body from the inside out.
leg series: you’ll be practicing single leg bridging, and as always, keep the movement small. when done correctly, only 1-2 fingers (or less!) can fit between your tush and the floor.
*lunge series: this lunge series is designed to instill confidence as you move in and out of balancing, warrior, lunging and super hero poses.
oblique series: you are incorporating tabletop plank work with single leg plank work. you’ll “stir” the hip joint for more mobility and practice “crunching” into the oblique. for those with neck / shoulder issues, consider keeping range of motion small, the head still, and utilizing the chair when it’s right!
