Here's what to expect...
- warm up: this one will warm up the spine and get you stabilizing through your center early on. option to double up the mat to give the knees some extra cushion!
- leg: INNER THIGHS and GLUTES
- *lunge: summon up all your strength and poise.
- oblique: once you catch the beat, enjoy the flow. get a little dramatic with it.
- *bridge: have fun with it. remember: smaller movements will protect the knees. move from the muscle, not the joint.
