Here's what to expect...
- warm up: you can perform this sequence two different ways — solid clean and crisp OR sexy sassy and flowy — leave it up to your mood!
- leg: a couple of tips for the standing portion: 1) don’t let your chest sink when you lower. 2) don’t be afraid to really use your arms to help you pivot.
- lunge: your butt will be burning, but CardiB will get you through it.
- oblique: believe it or not the hip pop in the lunge before actually preps you for this position.
- bridge: hair toss. check nails. GOOD AS HELL.
