Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: this warm up incorporates spinal flexion, front side opening and lots of breath work. the perfect way to kick off your movement practice!
  • oblique: we start with a 1 min twisted plank hold (hello burn), and then we move to standing for our final two minutes. this series is simple yet very effective as it incorporates five versions of oblique work: isometric, planking, standing, twisting and extension!
  • lunge: this is one of our more unique lunge series. arms and abs play a special role! option to put your hands on blocks to make the plank to lunge transition smoother.
  • leg: two words. BUTT BURN
  • bridge: time to get the heart rate up and the frustration out :) 
  • repeat, stretch, kiss shoulders, smile.
