Here's what to expect...

  • warm up: the pace of the warm up is a little quicker than what we normally do, but it’s so darn fun that I think you’ll like the energetic boost at the start. NOTE: if you have shoulder issues, please, please keep your arm movements small during the “Macarena” portion (yes, you read that right).
  • lunge: I get the most requests for a “flowy lunge” series, so a flowy lunge series you shall get! not only does this one express fluidity, it also stretches the hips and opens the side waist in preparation for our oblique series.
  • oblique series: this straightforward series works lateral extension (tipping to the side) and puts a spin on a single leg plank that will grip the oblique.
  • *leg + posture: you all LOVED this posture focused series last time! posture practice helps us stand taller. moving beyond the physical, when we allow ourselves to stand tall, we give ourselves permission to take up space and face whatever is in front of us, head on.
  • *bridge: two options - you can stay standing for a little “rodeo” moment, or you can come down to the floor for some abdominal crunching work! both positions engage the core and heat the body from the inside out.
  • shoulder kisses and body gratitude!
