Here's what to expect...
- warm up: it’s a simple warm, four motions on repeat the entire time. however, the breath work is powerful and song is moving. enjoy.
- oblique: best of all the worlds—seated, laying and planking oblique activation!
- leg: we only have ONE leg series this week! make it count. lots of balancing, active stretching and deep engaging of the glute.
- bridge: up and down and back again…don’t be afraid to take the knees.
- ARMS: yes yes yes - a be.come series dedicated entirely to arms.
