Here's what to expect...
- warm up: we’ll kick things off with a passive spinal twist stretch. this move can increase circulation, support digestion and promote spinal mobility which helps prevent injury!
- *lunge series: free and flowy! this series will challenge your balance, drill weight transfers and fire the back side of the leg.
- oblique / stability series: if you have been wanting to strengthen your side plank practice without straining your shoulders, this is a great series for you!
- *cardio series: this is your chance to shake it all out, get the heart rate up and have some FUN.
- *bridge: arm series - includes the tricep twist!
*indicates series where 2/3 lb weights can be used.
