Here's what to expect...
- warm up series: a yummy number that connects us to the heart while opening the side waist and hips. feel free to jazz it up and make it your own.
- oblique series: crunches —> side planks and back again. reminder we have a side plank tutorial to help you through these positions!
- *lunge series: this series is designed to be energetic and fun with a little cardio kick. option to use the chair instead of moving to the floor.
- *leg series: we are doing standing leg work this week. it’s more challenging that you may imagine but it’s so good! plus, it’s tons of efficient core work.
- bridge: strong, strong, stronger! get into this one.
*indicates series where 2/3lb weights can be used
