You must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renews in order to not be charged for another month. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final. Refunds are not available regardless of whether or not you use your subscription. You can access your billing information by going to profile, settings and selecting membership. if your employer reimburses for health and wellness related costs, you can submit the pdf receipt e-mailed every month for your be.come project subscription. If you would like to purchase multiple months in advance, we suggest buying a gift card from our store in your chosen monthly denomination (we currently offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 month gift cards!)Â
Our collections are carefully curated by Bethany and the be.come team. Our collections change periodically and highlight a variety of routine styles, moods and focus points. We take into account all of your feedback so if you have any suggestions for collections you would like to see, be sure to message us on chat!
You’ll find two types of videos on the be.come project, full length 30 minute routines and quickie videos ranging from 3 – 20 minutes. Routines are full-body, functional movement with a distinct warm up, climax and cool down. Quickies are focused series offering mood-boosting warm ups, bursts of cardio, pregnancy specific series and more. They can be tacked on to a routine, done solo or paired together for a custom movement session.
Our featured routine is perfect for the days you don’t want to dig for a video. No fuss, no muss, just click play and go! The featured routine is hand selected by the be.come team and changes every week so be sure to save it to your favorites if you want more time with it.
Many of our videos offer two different teaching styles to better support you. Learn mode is taught at a slower pace and designed to set you up for success. With thorough breakdowns of the sequences, you can easily find what works best for your body, which will prepare you for flow mode. Flow mode is perfect for clients who have a good understanding of the content and are ready to move without sequence breakdowns. Bethany will cue form reminders and counts to keep you on track as you flow seamlessly from one series to the next.
the be.come project routines are designed to be done repetitively. We’ve found that repetition enhances sensation and helps clients grasp the movements more effectively. We suggest working on a routine over the course of a few weeks and returning to the same routine every couple of months. You’ll be surprised at how much you can learn about your body by interacting with the routines this way! Pro tip: save the routines you are returning to or working on in your favorites collection.
Don’t sweat it! We encourage you to embrace the discomfort. Your body is learning something new and that takes time. Be gentle with yourself and remember, the be.come project routines are designed to be done repetitively so don’t be afraid to try the session again. And if all else fails, just watch the video,  because yes that too is a great starting point.
If you have a question about your movement session, there are two ways to get answers. First, see if there is a corresponding tutorial video which addresses common routine questions. You can check this by clicking the three dots located on the video title screen. If you need more personalized support, click the three dots and select feedback to ask us a question directly! Your message and our response will be found in your be.come chat inbox.
For the most part, YES! Starting a new program when you are pregnant is not recommended by doctors, but for those who have already been be.coming, our routines are safe for both you and baby. While all routines are pregnancy friendly, check out our pregnancy collection for tailored stretches and quickie series. We have also highlighted two routines that Bethany taught at 28 weeks pregnant! For more on be.coming while pregnant, click here.

Body neutrality is the idea that we are more than our body and our worth is not limited to our physical self. It is the practice of respecting our body despite the fact that we may feel differently about our body on any given day – love, hate and everything in between. Body neutrality is not saying that you shouldn’t have any feelings about your body or that you should never think about your body, or that your body doesn’t matter. But it is saying that your body does not dictate your worth. Your value as a person extends far beyond your physical presence. What are other words the be.come project uses? View our glossary here.
Aside from the neutral language you’ll hear in our routines, our self check in is a great way to build your relationship with body neutrality. Use our self check in, located on the home page to reflect, assess and record how you’re feeling about your body on any given day. You can do these check-ins as often as you see fit.
