Because our routines are alignment-based, no-impact, and utilize the body as the primary piece of equipment; we are an excellent option for safe, sound and effective movement.
Clients will need to be able to safely lunge. You can absolutely hold onto a chair for support, which we often recommend for those with knee pain, weak ankles or foot issues.
Planking at the be.come project means holding a plank up on the feet, down on the knees, in a table top position or with your hands placed on a chair (hands or forearms are acceptable!)
Clients will need to be able to safely move from a standing position to the floor and back again. Feel free to keep a chair close to help support you!
