  • warm up: hip hip hooray for spinal twisting! this is one of the best exercises you can do for your body. it’s an EXCELLENT way to start and end your day. so if you are feeling cranky in the AM, or restless in the PM, do the warm up to clear your head!
  • leg: this one may make your butt burn but really, it’s an excellent way to open up your hips. you'll carry the spinal twisting over from the warm up.
  • lunge: the movement here is both fun an effective. the hip pop is prepping the oblique that comes next!
  • oblique: there will be a quick breakdown of your directional cues for this series at the beginning so be sure to watch! this one is tough and sweaty and fun.
  • bridge: this bridge will be sure to make you smile.
  • repeat, stretch, kiss those shoulders, hold your head up high.
